When Cydnie and Christian told me about their wedding plans I got super excited! They planned their wedding in the Spandau Zitadelle in April. This is such a stunning location and they brought the best weather! Cydnie is originally from California and her family had flown over to Germany to join them on their wedding day. Even some of the props were flown over from the US! They had planned everything in a very short period of time but it was a true fairy tale in Berlin.
I loved the bubbles they brought! After the family pictures we stayed on the grounds of the Zitadelle to take some images. We were even lucky enough to climb up the tower and enjoy some amazing views over Berlin!
We then headed to the Stilbruch restaurant were the guests were enjoying the drinks reception. We had the opportunity here to take some images at the lake. And they cut the log, a German tradition. The log represents the first obstacle the newlyweds must overcome, in a lifetime of inevitable future obstacles but they nailed it!
Cydnie and Christian, I will you all the best for your bright future! Thank you for a lovely day!
